How to Use: Fresh oregano has intense flavour and aroma and is used in making stocks and soups. Dried oregano is more commonly used than fresh oregano as it is more subtle and does not overpower dishes. The dried leaves are used for seasoning various Italian, other Mediterranean, and Mexican dishes.
