Our Karanj Honey is sourced from the Indian state of Jharkhand. The Karanj flowers and tree bark have been traditionally used as a remedy for digestive disorders and the honey retains those medicinal properties

One of the mildest honey in our basket. This light amber coloured honey is light on the palate with a nice undertone of jaggery. It is our default replacement for jams and can be drizzled over leafy salads as a dressing.
