Asian Style Warm Red Radish Salad

Ingredients
- Red radish, cubed, 1.5 cup
- Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
- Ginger, finely chopped, 1 tbsp
- Garlic, finely chopped, 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chili, finely chopped, 1 tbsp
- Onion, diced, 1 no (medium-sized)
- Green garlic, sliced, 1/4 cup
- Sesame seeds, 1 to 2 tbsp
- White wine vinegar, 1 tbsp
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok
- Add onion
- Add ginger garlic and green chili to it
- Cook till translucent and fragrant
- Add Sesame seeds
- Add Green garlic to it
- Give it a stir
- Add cubed red radish to it
- Season it with salt
- Cook till partly done
- Add white wine vinegar or any damn vinegar to it.
- Serve it hot with rice/ ramen / dumplings / bao
