Ingredients
- Cottage cheese; 200 gm
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder, 1 /4 tsp
- Lime juice, 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste, 1 tsp
- Extravirgin olive oil, 1 tbsp
- Romaine lettuce, 75 gm
- Butterhead lettuce, 75 gm
- Curly kale, 75 gm
- Cherry tomatoes; (red yellow and orange, 3 to 4 each)
- Swiss chard, 50 gm
For Dressing
- Extravirgin olive oil, 1 tbsp
- Honey, 1 tbsp
- Orange juice, 2 tbsp
- Sea salt to taste
- Lemon zest, 1/8 tsp
- Black pepper powder, 1 /2 tsp

Parsley, finely chopped, 1.5 tbsp

Garlic, minced, 1 tsp
- Basil leaves, finely chopped, 2 to 3 leaves
Method
Make nice marinade and marinate the cottage cheese really well.
Let it sit for half an hour.
Keep it aside.
Grill it on a Warm griddle till nice and golden brown.
Drizzle some oil while grilling it.
Keep it aside when done.
Lay on absorbent paper.
Make salad dressing and pour this luscious dressing over leafy greens; cherry tomato and dig into this.
